Unfulfillable orders
- Your order may not be fulfilled. There is some possibility that the item shown as stock in the website while you placed an order, could be not in stock actually. This is mainly due to system communication got disrupted when an order is placed but the stock quantity did not reduce (automatically) in the system. In this case we will cancel your order and issue refund fully to the original payment method.
- There is possibility where an item you have ordered is a last copy and while preparing for shipping we found some problem with it. Problem like dents, damages to game box, damages to shrink wrap or without shrink wrap etc. is expected. While we try to update the same in the website or remove those games from website, still there is a possibility of some games listed in website. Please assure we do not ship these games without discussing with you and offer you 100% refund if you are not ready to accept the games with damage.
- Unshippable Address. We use Bluedart primarily to ship your order. If your location is not serviceable by Bluedart, we will try with Delhivery. Still, if it is not possible we have to cancel your order and issue refund.
Pre-orders Delay / Kickstarters Delay
- Pre-orders could be delayed. The expected shipping date shown for pre-order items is approximate. As the items are imported there is a possibility of delay up to a month. So, please do not pre-order if delay is not acceptable to you.
- Kicstarter Games are most of the time delayed. The expected shipping date shown for kickstarter items are based on date mentioned by Publisher in the crowd funding compaign. Based on our experience it is delayed most of the times even to more than One year. So, please do not pre-order a kickstarter game if delay is not acceptable to you. Also, it is not possible for us to track 100s of kickstarter games which are listed in BGI and update you on the delay. You can check the same in the kickstarter page or send us a message to know the status and we can update you.
Delivery Delays
- Please avoid last minute orders. We use third party courier services and we do not have control on the delivery delays from their side. The tracking information is shared to you once the item is shipped, please track the delivery status updates and contact us in case of abnormal updates and we will take up with courier companies.
- We don’t have contact Numbers of delivery Agents. We do not have contact number of the delivery agents in your area and cannot contact them or connect them to you. No courier companies share this to anyone.
- No pickup from courier companies warehouses. Courier companies uses most deliveries from their bigger warehouses and do not provide an option to pickup your order by yourself. Please do not ask us for warehouse address to pickup your shipment.
- OTP must for delivery. Many couriers required OTP for delivery and if your mobile number is incorrect or you do not recieve OTP it will not be delivered to you and we have no option to correct the mobile number once the item is shipped.
- 3 times delivery attempts. The courier companies attempts maximum three times to deliver your shipment and if they cant reach you, the item will be returned to us. We will not be able to reship you without payment of two way shipping charges. If you find wrong updates such as customer not reachable, door locked etc., please report the issue by whatsapp to +9194454 44969 or an email so that we can report to courier companies about the fake updates.
- First Sale. We guarantee that the products sold are first sale, brand new and unused. We do not ship any item with damage or shrinkwrap used items and resell.
- No Replacement for Cosmetic Damages. Though we take utmost care in safely packing your orders, we cannot control how third pary couriers handle shipments and damages happening are beyond our control. Minor damages to shrink wrap or dents, tears, breakages to the game box which are cosmetic in nature and do not affect game play are not eligible for return/replacement. We may provide you some compensation to settle it amicably, but return/replacement is not possible. If you are not ready to accept this please do not make any order in our website.
- Heavily damaged packing box. At the time of delivery, please observe carefully the package and look for any external damage and take photograph alongwith delivery person if you see any damage. Open the package carefully with uncut videos and inspect the games carefully for damages related to the impacted areas of the packaging and share us the same. Upon receiving your information we will resolve your issue by either partial refund or full refund or option to return the items with full refund.
