Cancelling an Order
Most orders ship within same day or 24 hours except Sunday & Other Public Holidays. Please call us immediately if you want to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via e-mail or by phone.
If the item is picked up by courier, we are unable to cancel an order. You need to receive the order at your end and apply for RMA Number . The return will be subjected to our standard return policy detailed in this page.
At times we observe that the attempt to deliver the items by our courier fails due to various reasons like "DOOR LOCKED" etc. In these cases each courier has different policies and they try certain number of times and if failed they return the shipment to us and charges for returning courier is paid by us. As you are aware, the courier is a third party and we have no control or contact information of the delivery guys in your area. Incase of issues with delivery you can inform us but paralllely keep in touch with the delivery company on their websites or contact numbers.
Refunds for undelivered items are processed as below;
- We need a email from you with your bank details for NEFT transfer of the refund amount. Alternatively, you can specify the option of store credit.
- You will be refunded the total amount paid minus 10% restocking fee minus two way shipping charges.
Returning New and Unused Products
Items can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days of receipt, only if items are unused and in shrink wrap. If the items are opened, we do not accept returns. Please apply for RMA number and pack the items properly and send the items by reputed couriers and share us the tracking details. You shall bear the shipping expenses to us and ensure that the items are properly packed.
Upon receipt of the items, and once we are satisfied that the products are unused we will provide store credits or refund as per your choice. You will be refunded the total amount for the items minus 10% of the invoice amount. The shipping charges will not be refunded. Also, If you have received free shipping on your order and returning it, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
If in doubt please get it confirmed how much will be the refund, before returning the product to us.
Returning Defective Items or Wrong Items
We guarantee that the products sold are first sale, brand new and unused. We do not ship any item with damage before checking and discussing with you.
Though we take utmost care in safely packing your orders, damages may occur by poor handling by the courier partners. If you have received a shipment with a damage in the packaging, please take a photograph of the packaging before opening. Look for damages in the items and report the issue by whatsapp to +919840432998 or email. Minor damages to shrink wrap or the box shall not be a reason for return. Upon receiving your information we will resolve your issue by either partial refund or full refund or option to return the items with full refund.

Missing or Damaged Components inside Game Box
We have no control over the missing or damaged components inside the shrink wrapped game boxes. If you observe a missing or damaged component, you are requested to take up the same directly with the publisher for replacement parts.
How to return products:
- Please raise Return request on this page RMA Form
- All items must be shipped back in its original packing. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip showing what you paid for the items (a printout of your order confirmation email works too)
- We recommend using reliable Courier service with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number and inform us) so we can be sure of the status of your package. Ship your package to the following address:

- As long as your returned parts are unused, and are in unopened packaging we will credit your account (from which the order was placed) within three business days and this credit amount can be used to buy other products from our store.
- Alternatively, upon your request, we can arrange to deposit/transfer the money to your Bank account within three days.

Notes about All New and Unused Returns
- We charge 10% as restocking fee for returns or exchanges. Also, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and can not be refunded. If you have received free shipping on your order and return it, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
- Items with damaged, opened or missing parts or packaging do not qualify for a return as new and will not be refunded.
- Additional fees may apply to items returned after 7days. We reserve the right to refuse returns on products returned after 15 days; contact us first.
