The authoritarian and liberticide government increases its hold on the people. Faced with it, a group of pacifist and idealistic rebels, the Dragonflies, fight for a better tomorrow...

The government will do everything in its power to prevent the Dragonflies from exposing their actions. Who will win?

On his turn, a player performs 2 actions, among:
  • Draw a card
  • Play a card
  • Discard a card
  • Use a Leader action

The game ends if the rebel player has reached 15 influence points, or if the government player has arrested all 3 leaders.
