"Blue Water Navy - World War III: The Pacific" is an Air-Navy-Submarine wargame of World War Three in the 1980's. It covers the Far East from Vietnam across to Hawaii.
Units are Air Squadrons, Ship Groups and Submarines. The order of battle is as close as possible to the real combatants available in the three time periods of the game: 1983, 1985 and 1989.
There are a variety of scenarios and the main campaign game plays in about 8 hours.
The game is card driven, using an operations point system and events written on the cards.
The game is a sister game to Blue Water Navy, published by Compass games in 2019 which covers Europe.
